The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see individual items and contact me if you have questions. Rush orders may be subject to additional charges.

If you're looking for bespoke artwork or branding, please allow additional processing time due to the intricate nature of these designs.

In most cases, orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days. This includes orders featuring botanical illustration in the retail or our unique lettering word art in the retail shop. Once the package has been mailed, I am not liable for any delays that may occur as a result of shipping. If you need an order expedited, please contact me to see if possible arrangements may be made.

If you are local to Rochester, NY, please select LOCAL PICKUP to arrange for complimentary pick-up. Pick ups are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 10A-2pm. Once your order is complete, you will receive information to schedule your pickup window, including location for pickup.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are pleased to offer exchanges. If you are interested in exchanging an item, please contact our store within 14 days of receipt of item. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in original product packaging and good condition.

Due to the quick turn-around times we offer, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact the store ASAP so we may resolve this issue for you.
